The intrinsic journey

THE UNSEEN TRAGEDY OF 2013

16 June 2013, the havoc of disaster In KEDARNATH    Disasters has always been challenges for the people living in Himalayas.  Cloudbursts , landslides and earthquakes are not rare there.   I was very young during the earthquake of 1999,  but i remember   not living in houses due to fear of earthquakes.  Then their it came with an obnoxious smell, unforgettable and vicious tragedy,  The June disaster.  In a place from were people were supposed to go to heaven.  No one would have imagined the death trap beyond the grandeur of natural beauty.  And it is beautiful and flowering again.  It is never like before again b ecause what we have seen remained in our memories    Even after  7 years  thinking of it is horrifying,  the horror that can change your psychology.   Let me recount my life spent during those days. I decided to pursue my higher education from the HNBGU GARHWAL UNIVERSITY....
Eye care    Early in the morning when you wash your face , fill your mouth with cool water and hold it there;  then splash cool water over your open eyes.  Traditionally, you are not supposed to swallow  or spit out water but keep it in your mouth as s sprinkle the cool water on your eyes.  This is a double cooling effect,  both from outside and from the oral cavity,  that will make eyes feel fresh and cheerful.  EXCECISES   • blinks the eyes rapidly.   Yoga is one of the six orthodox readings of Indian philosophy. The first breath and it is the most important and forceful inhalation a human will ever take. The initial inflation of the lungs triggers enormous changes to the entire circulatory system, which has previously been geared towards receiving oxygenated blood from the placenta. The first breath causes a massive surge of blood into the lungs, the right and the left sides of the heart to separate into two pumps and the specialized vessels of fetal circulation to shut down seal off and become ligaments that support the abdominal organs. The first inhalation must be so forceful because it needs to overcome the initial surface tension of the previously inactive lung tissue. The force required to overcome that tension in three or four times greater than that of a normal inhalation. COLD AND FLU

  Individuals often gets cold and flu during the winter and spring season. No one is perfect in this world. but the fashion we do showcases our perfectness. people wear  that reflects there soul.when i see people wearing ripped jeans, i see there souls falling apart.it meant a lot to me, seeing you falling apart is not that easy. You are a independent man or woman. You have achieved complete freedom, but you cannot hold your soul together because you live in contrast. You can wear whatever you want until we live in a society were we do not bother about what you wear.  But this society is influenced much by modern fashion than that of cultural clothing's .

Influence your mind

W e become what we thought. Our personality is a result of our thought process.  So the question is can we organise the thought process of our mind.  Our mind is a thinking factory and it creates lot of thoughts and idea's in a day. There is a certain limit of thinking or overthinking and no thinking at all. it is hard to not think at all because our mind really never stops thinking. Mind is  programmable, it depends upon what and how we are feeding codes. It is the most valuable asset we have got. It  can develop  ourselves into sensible humans. Overthinking is related to stress, depression and other mental disorders .      According to neuroscientists mind of healthy person  thinks 30 to 50 thoughts per minute, any rise in it  tends us toward stress and depression. Writing down your thoughts on paper helps reducing stress.

 Life if full of ups and downs, and your most valuable asset your mind is sometimes filled with circumstantial craps. These thoughts  came across my mind when i was stressed and needed emotional rescue. Aftermath of something bad and undesirable are loads of emotions triggering in drastic action and it result in lose of seer balance of mind to think wisely in right direction. Not happening of what is desired can catalytic to high stress and more depression. People not willing to support higher as made by institution are not always right or wrong.When everyone around you is lusting for greed. In that river of lust, greed and fear how is it possible to be pure of the mind retarding sickness.     Thinking of many souls gripped in narrowness of mind how harmony can rise when everyone seems to be putting their deeds first.
