The intrinsic journey

Lost all sense about sound and silence.

In utter chaos am in absolute balance.

Excruciating pain enjoined with profound pleasure.

The grief of losing a loved one also brings the gravitas of stillness.

In a world where the leaf cannot know

the sweetness of the accompanying fruit

nor the fragrance of the flower that it spawns.

Here i am tasting the very source at the surface.

Lost all sense of the sacred and sacrilegious.

O’ Shambho, since i embraced you a speck

on the periphery seems to be the very center.

Valleys have turned into peaks.

What should have been utter confusion

has become crystal clarity.

I am a man with a man

 A woman with a woman

A creature with a creature

A goblin among goblins

Just know with you i am you

Sadhguru

The nature of the mind is such that if you say, “I don’t want this,” only that will happen in your mind.

Now, if you say, “I don’t want the negative,” only that will happen. Why are you talking about positive or negative at all? Why do you want to look at things this way? Why don’t you look at every situation the way it is, accept it the way it is, and see what is the best you can do about it? A situation is neither positive nor negative. Don’t try to develop attitudes and philosophies. Why can’t you just be here, without any specific attitude? Without any philosophy? Just aware. Simply aware. Every situation demands a different kind of response, isn’t it? If you develop attitudes of positive thinking or what not, it may work well in one situation. But in another kind of situation you will do stupid things, because you have a prejudiced idea that you have to be in a certain way. If you go on thinking positive at the wrong place, the worst things may happen to you, isn’t it? So there is no need to be positive. There is no need to be negative, either. Just be aware. If you are aware, you will perceive a situation just the way it is. When you perceive a situation the way it is, you can act to the best of your intelligence and capability. It is as simple as that. Don’t get into prejudiced action ... why our mind is non stop activity? yoga is not a bending business, it is about taking charge of the way you think feel and perceive life. If you will turn inward you find a space where is a solution for everything. Air does not loves you but it gives you life.Whatever you think is smart will stick onto you like a badge. It will not leave you. The moment you think you are smart, your thoughts cannot leave you. If you are a very smart guy, you cannot close your eyes and sit. When you know that you are a bloody fool, you can close your eyes and sit. The difference between an intelligent person and an idiot is that an intelligent person knows that he is an idiot, but an idiot does not know that he is one. That is why he is an idiot. In terms of life, in terms of existence, you really are nothing. Socially, you may be something. Among fools, fools will shine. That does not mean anything as a life. As a life, this little virus can knock you off tomorrow. Whatever great, smart thoughts we may have do not mean a thing. If you understand this, naturally a distance will arise between you and your thought process. Once there is a distance between you and your thought process, it does not matter what you are thinking at all. The sadhgurus approach to innerengineering.. A convocation is essential in starting. Sitting in a comfortable position keeping your spine erect, sit in padmasan if possible. But if padmasan cause you pain for prolonged time you can sit in normal cross sitting. While sitting , keep your spine erect and head slightly upward. Keep your palm open upward towards sky resting comfortably on your knees. Inner engineering ... Close your eyes.... take a deep breath....and as you exhale, relax.......after relaxation Take one more deep breath...and as you exhale relax more...... Take one more deep breath and as you exhale relax completely. Now recitate in harmony. asto ma sadgamya,,,, tamsho ma jyotirgamya... martyo ma amritam gamya.. om shanti shanti shanti.. Breathing science

Yoga is one of the six orthodox readings of Indian philosophy. The first breath and it is the most important and forceful inhalation a human will ever take. The initial inflation of the lungs triggers enormous changes to the entire circulatory system, which has previously been geared towards receiving oxygenated blood from the placenta. The first breath causes a massive surge of blood into the lungs, the right and the left sides of the heart to separate into two pumps and the specialized vessels of fetal circulation to shut down seal off and become ligaments that support the abdominal organs. The first inhalation must be so forceful because it needs to overcome the initial surface tension of the previously inactive lung tissue. The force required to overcome that tension in three or four times greater than that of a normal inhalation. To summarise from the moment of birth, human are confronted by breath and gravity two forces that were not present in utero. To thrive, we nee...

Walking with Aroma and Energy: The Influence of Yoga Yoga, an ancient practice that encompasses physical postures, breath control, and meditation, has the remarkable ability to infuse our daily lives with a unique aroma and energy. As a devoted practitioner, I have experienced firsthand the transformative effects of yoga, not only on my mat but also as I navigate the world around me. In this blog, I will explore how yoga permeates my being, enhancing my senses, and imbuing each step I take with a distinct aroma and energy. Awakening the Senses: Through regular yoga practice, we learn to be fully present in our bodies, attuning ourselves to the subtle sensations and energies within. As I walk, the practice of pranayama (breath control) accompanies me, infusing each inhalation and exhalation with a heightened awareness. The aroma of the ...
