We become what we thought. Our personality is a result of our thought process. So the question is can we organise the thought process of our mind.
According to neuroscientists mind of healthy person thinks 30 to 50 thoughts per minute, any rise in it tends us toward stress and depression. Over thinking can lead us to depression.
Because our mind is a thinking factory.We must care for the proper functioning of this factory. We need to create good and sustainable thoughts for shaping ourselves into good personalities.
And in order to avoid the stress we need to know the limit, out of which it could be stressful for us and even before we need to set a limit.
To influence our mind we need to know the fact that in this mind factory and we should keep away negative emotions like jealousy , hatred, immoral behaviour etc. To stay positive we need to know what are our intrinsic core values. For example my intrinsic core value is honesty and whenever I deviate from it creates stress in my mind.In other words we can say our mind is a water glass, if we will fill it with dirty water we can not see other side of it, but if we will fill it with pure water we can clearly see what is other side of it
If we cannot changes our circumstances at least we can change our behaviour and it is true that we are made up of what we think. There are some instinct qualities we are born with. After that we make choices, choices of what we want and what we don't want .The little things we do daily consciously or unconsciously makes up our habits. Habit's weather good or bad are the part of our personalities.
The little choices we makes daily can change our fortitude. Best thing is to discover your instinct qualities. and if not than develop some new good habits to aid on personality.
So it is important that the idea created in our brain must be a good one, and it will be a good one if our faculty of mind will be clean. The idea created in mind makes us.
The synopsis of idea or thoughts:-
1. From our past experience. Our past creates a structure for the ideas in our present. If something bad or sad happened to us in past, it reflects in our ideas. If we start believing that whatever in past happened to us was good, we expand our creativity of generating good idea.
2. Our attitude and behaviour helps creating ideas according to our personality.
3. Whatever happened to us in recent past also induce the creation of ideas in our mind.
