I find myself reflecting on my lifelong journey with yoga, a practice that has been an integral part of my life since the age of 12. Born in the serene embrace of the Shivalik Himalayas, I was naturally drawn to the ancient art of yoga. The Call of the Himalayas: A Yogic Heaven
Growing up in the lap of the majestic Shivalik Himalayas, surrounded by snow-capped peaks, lush green valleys, and pristine rivers, I felt an innate connection with nature. The tranquil environment of my birthplace served as the perfect backdrop for embracing yoga's holistic principles. The serene ambience and pure air of the Himalayas provided an ideal sanctuary for practicing and deepening my yoga journey.

At the tender age of 12, I began my yoga practice under the guidance of a cousin , who was a very avid practitioner. Initially, it was a playful exploration of various asanas (poses), but as time went on, I began to experience the profound benefits that yoga offered. With dedicated practice, I gradually dwelved into the deeper aspects of yoga, including pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and the philosophy behind this ancient science.
