The holy spirit of vedas...

नायमात्मा प्रवचलेन लभ्यो, न मेधया
  (इस आत्मा को प्रवचन से अथवा बुद्धि से प्राप्त नहीं किया जा सकता)
The holy spirit of vedas...
Brahman is the cause of  the universe and everthing that  comes out of brahman returns to brahman again.
The atman ...so long as there is identification with the body  there is feeling of pleasure and pain, but in the absence of any identification with the body there is neither pleasure nore pain.
the secrets of the upnishads were share via guru shisya heritage.
The identity of the brahman and atman with god and the entire doctrine of the upnishads circle around the soul.

Well the most popular follower of upnishad studies was Adi guru sankaracharya. He was a Adwaitwadi.
Adwaitwad is the belive that God is in everything and the atman is not different from parmatman if seeked within spiritually.
brahman is the supreme soul and out of that supreme soul atman is birthed. Every atom of this universe is the unique signnature of the Parmatman.
Like our body is a food body, made up of matter, thay say food is what had made us and food is what we will become.
this means as whatever matter we eat will become our body and So if we are eating Tamsic food , our body will become Tamsic too, we will inherit the quality of food we are eating.
Well brahman should not be confused with brahmin as brahman is parmatma, brahmin is a pandit.
well there are many belivees of worshipping god. Two common philoshopies mankind follows are Dwaitwad and Adwaitwad.
WHAT IS DWAITWAD
Beliving that there is God in other things like worshiping idols, believing that thyself  and god are two different things.
searching for god others is called dwaitwad.  we all are the part of same universe though each atom of this universe is the creation of god. so adwaitwad differentiate with the belive of dwaitwad.
Adwaitwad
it explains that as we are all created by the same god there is a part of god in us too, to which we call atman. Every being of this universe is an Atman. there is god in everything. we are the living embodiment of that supreme soul, what we need is to find that embodiment and convoy of light within. Because self (Atman) is drop in the ocean (Parmatman).
Body is a bow, self (atman) is the Arrow, and parmataman is the Aim of the an adwaitwadi.

It is one of the unbiased philoshopy of believing in god. Is there is any religion in the world which do not have its things and scriptures written in books.
when one is poor he follows democratic mindset but as he become rich he wants more power and control.
Vedants (upnishads) are the summary of the Vedas, are taught by scholars to scholars verballly sitting beside there Guru, paying respect to Guru's.  God is one. The supreme to whome we adore is Parmataman.

Can vedants be the religion of future?

The intrinsic journey

Lost all sense about sound and silence.  In utter chaos am in absolute balance.  Excruciating pain enjoined with profound pleasure.  The grief of losing a loved one also brings the gravitas of stillness.  In a world where the leaf cannot know  the sweetness of the accompanying fruit  nor the fragrance of the flower that it spawns.  Here i am tasting the very source at the surface.  Lost all sense of the sacred and sacrilegious.  O’ Shambho, since i embraced you a speck  on the periphery seems to be the very center.  Valleys have turned into peaks.  What should have been utter confusion  has become crystal clarity.  I am a man with a man   A woman with a woman  A creature with a creature  A goblin among goblins  Just know with you i am you  Sadhguru  The nature of the mind is such that if you say, “I don’t want this,” only that will happen in your mind.  Now, if you say, ...

Yoga gone international

Walking with Aroma and Energy: The Influence of Yoga Yoga, an ancient practice that encompasses physical postures, breath control, and meditation, has the remarkable ability to infuse our daily lives with a unique aroma and energy. As a devoted practitioner, I have experienced firsthand the transformative effects of yoga, not only on my mat but also as I navigate the world around me. In this blog, I will explore how yoga permeates my being, enhancing my senses, and imbuing each step I take with a distinct aroma and energy. Awakening the Senses: Through regular yoga practice, we learn to be fully present in our bodies, attuning ourselves to the subtle sensations and energies within. As I walk, the practice of pranayama (breath control) accompanies me, infusing each inhalation and exhalation with a heightened awareness. The aroma of the ...

Breathing science

Yoga is one of the six orthodox readings of Indian philosophy. The first breath and it is the most important and forceful inhalation a human will ever take. The initial inflation of the lungs triggers enormous changes to the entire circulatory system, which has previously been geared towards receiving oxygenated blood from the placenta. The first breath causes a massive surge of blood into the lungs, the right and the left sides of the heart to separate into two pumps and the specialized vessels of fetal circulation to shut down seal off and become ligaments that support the abdominal organs. The first inhalation must be so forceful because it needs to overcome the initial surface tension of the previously inactive lung tissue. The force required to overcome that tension in three or four times greater than that of a normal inhalation. To summarise from the moment of birth, human are confronted by breath and gravity two forces that were not present in utero. To thrive, we nee...
