The intrinsic journey

THE UNSEEN TRAGEDY OF 2013

16 June 2013, the havoc of disaster In KEDARNATH    Disasters has always been challenges for the people living in Himalayas.  Cloudbursts , landslides and earthquakes are not rare there.   I was very young during the earthquake of 1999,  but i remember   not living in houses due to fear of earthquakes.  Then their it came with an obnoxious smell, unforgettable and vicious tragedy,  The June disaster.  In a place from were people were supposed to go to heaven.  No one would have imagined the death trap beyond the grandeur of natural beauty.  And it is beautiful and flowering again.  It is never like before again b ecause what we have seen remained in our memories    Even after  7 years  thinking of it is horrifying,  the horror that can change your psychology.   Let me recount my life spent during those days. I decided to pursue my higher education from the HNBGU GARHWAL UNIVERSITY....
Eye care    Early in the morning when you wash your face , fill your mouth with cool water and hold it there;  then splash cool water over your open eyes.  Traditionally, you are not supposed to swallow  or spit out water but keep it in your mouth as s sprinkle the cool water on your eyes.  This is a double cooling effect,  both from outside and from the oral cavity,  that will make eyes feel fresh and cheerful.  EXCECISES   • blinks the eyes rapidly. Then open your eyes   • look up and down side to side diagonally clockwise and counter clockwise.  • Do the traatak yogic exercise   • Hold your arm outstretched in front of you. Look at the tip of your index finger, and gradually bring the finger close to you, following with your eyes, until it touches your third eye between the eyebrows.  • Look at the tip of your nose and then up toward your third eye or prana point.  • Finally close your eyes...
